The Indian Premier League allowed Rajasthan Royals to retain fast bowler Amit Singh in their squad after a report by a panel of experts said that his bowling was within the tolerance limits set by the International Cricket Council. The IPL Technical Committee provisionally cleared Amit Singh. If reported again, he would be restricted from playing for a year.
